Digital products
All Mamapick products are digital downloads (printable PDF files) delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can be downloaded and kept immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If something goes wrong with your files
We want your download to work perfectly. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will fix it at no cost by resending your files or providing a working replacement:
- You did not receive your download link
- A file is missing, corrupted or will not open
- The download link has expired or stopped working
Email us at support@mamapick.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Duplicate orders
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, contact us with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate order.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
