These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Mamapick ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

Our products are printable digital files (PDF). Product descriptions and sample images show the type of activities included; actual pages may vary in design. Nothing is shipped.

2. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, view and print the files for use with your own children or household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or publish the files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time payments. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We do not store your card or bank details.

4. Delivery

Download links are provided after payment, on the order confirmation page and by email. Please download and save your files promptly.

5. Refunds

Because products are delivered digitally and instantly, purchases are non-refundable. If a file is missing, faulty or won't download, we will fix or resend it. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Use of the activities

The worksheets are educational activities for young children and are intended to be used with adult supervision. Please supervise children when using pencils, crayons, scissors or other materials. We make no guarantee of specific learning outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

All content in our products and on this website is owned by or licensed to Mamapick and is protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
